【Hibiya Bar WHISKY-S】

Whiskey-S is specialty bar in Ginza, and such kinds of locations are rare in Tokyo. This bar is a partner of Suntry, that is why they can offer such varieties of whiskey.  The staff there is very knowledgeable about whiskey and can help those who are not so familiar with the alcoholic beverage.

【Highball bar Shinbashi 1923】

Highball bar is located in Shinbashi, Sapporo and Kyoto. The atmosphere of the bar is retro, yet sophisticated. This bar is very particular, which uses three conditions for making the best highballs. 1. Natural water 2. Strong fizz 3. Special ice. Highballs made by a bartender with these principals will make you re-think the norm of highball drinks.

As the name suggests, this is a specialist highball bar in Dogenzaka, Shibuya. Not only do they have a wide selection of highballs, but also many cocktails and wines. Even the non-whiskey drinker can enjoy this bar.  They have also many kinds of nibbles that go well with the cocktails, including delicious pasta and meat dishes. This bar in suitable for many different occasions.
